2. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Femme Society website (femmesociety.store) and all purchases made through it. Femme Society is a channel of the Opulent Minds brand operated by Vitalis Technologies Kft.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund & Withdrawal Policy.

These Terms are available in English. The contractual language is English.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are at least 16 years of age and who are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in their jurisdiction. By using this website or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Products and Services

4.1 Nature of Products

Femme Society sells digital products exclusively, including but not limited to ebooks, audiobooks, and workout plans. All products are delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped.

4.2 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. Product descriptions, including format, content, and features, are provided on the product pages. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us.

4.3 Digital Content Specifications

  • Ebooks (PDF): Delivered as downloadable PDF files. Requires a PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, or equivalent).
  • Ebooks (EPUB): Available as an add-on. EPUB files are compatible with Kindle, Apple Books, Kobo, and most e-reader devices and apps.
  • Audiobooks: Delivered as downloadable audio files (MP3 format). Requires a compatible media player.
  • Workout Plans: Delivered as downloadable PDF files.

No special hardware beyond a computer, tablet, or smartphone is required. No DRM (Digital Rights Management) restrictions are applied to the files.

5. Ordering Process

The process for placing an order is as follows:

  1. Browse and select: Choose your desired product(s) on our website.
  2. Review: Review your selection, pricing, and product details.
  3. Consent to immediate delivery: Before proceeding to checkout, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal (see Section 8).
  4. Checkout: You will be redirected to our secure Shopify checkout page to enter your billing details and payment information.
  5. Payment: Complete payment using one of our accepted payment methods.
  6. Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with your download link(s).
  7. Download: Access your digital product(s) via the provided link(s).

You may review and correct any input errors before submitting your order at the checkout stage through the Shopify checkout interface.

The contract between you and Vitalis Technologies Kft. is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, you are released from your contractual obligation in accordance with Section 6 of Hungarian Act CVIII of 2001.

6. Prices and Payment

6.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are final prices inclusive of applicable VAT. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our Shopify checkout:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All payments are processed securely through PCI DSS-compliant payment providers. We never store your full payment card details.

7. Delivery of Digital Content

Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation. You will receive an email with download link(s) to access your purchased content. The download link will be available for a reasonable period.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Digital Content Exception

8.1 Your Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented by Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.)), you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from any distance contract (online purchase), without giving any reason.

8.2 Exception for Digital Content

Pursuant to Section 29(1)(m) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if:

  1. You have given your express prior consent to begin delivery of the digital content immediately (before the 14-day withdrawal period expires);
  2. You have acknowledged that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal; and
  3. We have sent you written confirmation of your consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium (email).

Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to check a box confirming your express consent and acknowledgment. Your order confirmation email will serve as the written confirmation on a durable medium.

8.3 When Refunds Are Still Available

Even when the withdrawal right has been waived, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the digital product is defective, does not match its description, or has technical issues that prevent you from using it. See our Refund & Withdrawal Policy for full details.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 License

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download and store the content on your personal devices.

9.2 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share the content with third parties
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the content
  • Upload the content to file-sharing platforms or make it publicly available
  • Remove any copyright notices or watermarks from the content

All content, including text, images, audio, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of Vitalis Technologies Kft. and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

10. Complaint Handling

10.1 How to Submit a Complaint

If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us at opulentminds01@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Your full name and email address used for the purchase
  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue

10.2 Response Timeline

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days in accordance with the Hungarian Consumer Protection Act (1997. évi CLV. törvény). The response will include our decision and reasoning. If the complaint is rejected, we will inform you of available remedies.

10.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may turn to the competent conciliation body (békéltető testület):

The conciliation body provides a free, out-of-court dispute resolution mechanism. Vitalis Technologies Kft. is obligated to cooperate in conciliation body proceedings.

10.4 Court Proceedings

You also have the right to bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction. For EU consumers, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Our total liability arising from or related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • We are not liable for damages arising from your inability to use the digital content due to incompatible hardware or software on your end.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyber attacks, or failures of third-party service providers.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. For consumers resident in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the laws of your country of residence shall apply to the extent they provide greater protection.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hungary, except where mandatory EU consumer protection rules grant you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed prior to the amendment.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
